Valpak is the UK's leading provider of dependable, reliable and responsible compliance and recycling solutions, managing the recycling obligations of over 3,500 UK businesses under producer responsibility laws. Valpak was the first scheme established to help businesses comply with the Packaging Waste Regulations in 1997. We have grown to become the UK's leading packaging compliance scheme, with a 50% share of the market. We now also offer compliance to producers under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations and the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations.

With over 10 years experience, Valpak delivers the expertise required in this highly specialised field. Our member owned status means that all revenue generated is either returned to the membership in the form of savings, or reinvested into the business to add value for our customers. We aim to continually develop new and better solutions for our members' needs, helping them to run their businesses in line with legislation, increase efficiency and benefit both business and the environment.

Valpak also operates one of the UK's largest recycling businesses handling approximately 130,000 tonnes of material per year and ensuring that it is all recycled in a fully auditable manner. Our recycling subsidiary Valpak Recycling Limited runs one of the UK's largest plastic material recovery facilities in Preston, and also has a regional office in China.
